Important Notes Before Placing Your Order
AT&T Internet
- Customers must complete and submit their own order using their contact information. No one else can complete the order for them.
- The order must be completed within 30 minutes. The order page has a 30-minute timeout for inactivity.
- Be sure to have a credit card and Social Security Number available for a required credit check.
- Don't use the browser navigation button (back arrow) while ordering.
- If you need to go to the previous screen, there is a Previous button on the page.
- If you're in the cart, select the Continue Shopping option above the cart.
AT&T Wireless
- For shipping, your home address, credit card address, and shipping address must match.
- You must use a valid home address that receives USPS, as devices cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
- Be sure to have the necessary information about your existing carrier account to port your number to AT&T:
- Current Carrier Account Number.
- Current Carrier account PIN, Porting PIN or Transfer PIN.
- Primary account holder first/last name as it appears on the bill.
- The billing address on the current account.
- Remove any port restrictions that may be placed on your account (you may need to contact your current carrier to complete this).
